Beijing Languages and Culture University www.blcu.edu.cn
BLCU is the leading university in China for the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. Go to their site for enrolment and other information.

Foreigners who wish to register for undergraduate programmes in Chinese institutions of higher education are now required to take the HSK (hanyu shuiping kaoshi) examination and are expected to obtain an HSK certificate with a minimum score in Chinese language proficiency as prescribed by the programme they intend to study.
